Your personal data is protected under the relevant laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain and Tamkeen has put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, altered, disclosed or accessed in an unauthorized way.
Tamkeen retains your personal data based on the validity of the contract, legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting retention period requirements, fulfilling its intended purposes, and historical archiving. We may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you. Subject to the retention periods described above, we securely destroy and erase or anonymize your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) to ensure that it cannot be restored after exceeding the retention criteria. You will no longer be notified if Tamkeen uses the anonymized data for research and statistical purposes. Should there be any further requests for amendment to personal data, objection to processing or withdrawal beyond the prescribed retention periods, Tamkeen will not be able to support you with any further processing.
