How we work
The Employability Skills Portal will serve as a hub that provides an assessment of the supply and demand for skills in Bahrain’s labor market.
Through objective analysis of the labor market developments, challenges and opportunities, the Portal provides information and guidance to students, parents, job seekers, employees, training providers, and employers to support decision-making at all levels. In order to do so, secondary information from multiple governmental resources is gathered to fill gaps in data related to skills and employment.
